The journey to results begins with the right strategy.

Nature Nate’s was a relatively small company in 2014.  They were enjoying $14MM in gross revenue and were well positioned to grow due in part to their strong brand selling raw and unfiltered honey.  To reach new levels of growth they needed a strategic plan and we made significant discoveries in their initial three-day planning event.  The team decided to pivot toward serving a new primary customer and established a core strategy to leverage broker relationships to the fullest degree possible among other strategic goals.

The journey to results is sustained by effective execution.

The Nature Nate’s team recognized they would need help implementing their new strategic plan.  As exciting as their new strategic plan was, the team understood that without effective execution they would never gain traction or achieve results.  We worked with the Nature Nate’s team weekly, monthly and quarterly to restructure their sales division and align teams to their new strategic direction.  We implemented monthly reviews around their strategic priorities, equipped the team to develop effective plans and worked together to create new systems and processes that aligned operations to their strategic goals.

Within several months the sales team had brand new leadership, a new clearly defined sales strategy, and a plan to diversify their products.  We aligned operations to their strategic plan and established regular accountability around their priorities.  Because Nature Nate’s gained strategic clarity and implemented the needed processes and disciplines to their new plan, as of 2017 the company was moving quickly toward $70MM in gross revenue.
