Brazen Animation has an exciting mission to tell inspirational stories with meaning and purpose, utilizing cutting edge technology and bold visuals. They have an incredible team that produces quality animated films and commercials and reached over $3MM in gross revenue within only a few years. Brazen had come to a new stage of development and growth and needed help evaluating their company and markets from a strategic point of view.

Designing a Winning Strategy.

Wayfinder led Brazen through a three-day strategic planning experience utilizing Paterson’s unique StratOp process. We focused the first day on perspective, analyzing their internal and external environment searching for relevant trends, core issues and opportunities for adjusting the company’s position in the market place. The perspective we gained from the first day allowed us to successfully transition into day-two where we focused on planning for the future. We helped Brazen establish a new set of core strategies and goals for the company. Together, we discovered a new market where Brazen could establish itself and achieve strategic advantage.

Driving Revenue Growth.

Designing the right strategy is only half the challenge. On the final day of planning we focused on action. We distilled their entire strategic plan down to a core set of priorities clarifying “What’s important now.” We defined key actions, deliverables, timelines and teams that would drive execution. We met with the Brazen team each month to maintain focus, discipline and accountability around their strategic priorities. Within just a few short months Brazen began to double their revenue and experience traction in a new market. A winning strategy combined with disciplined action will product extraordinary results!
