Our Reason for Wayfinder
We launched Wayfinder in 2017 for one purpose: To accelerate companies and non-profits toward growth, health and impact. Helping people and organizations thrive is our passion and how we have chosen to impact lives and deliver value to the world.
Wayfinder came after many years of consulting and leading teams toward results. Our experience has taught us the many shortcomings a traditional consulting approach has for helping teams succeed. To fulfill our purpose and help organizations achieve results we recognized that Wayfinder would have to be different.

Research shows that only 1 in 10 organizations successfully implement their strategic plans. We have facilitated and participated in hundreds of strategic planning events and know from experience how frustrating this problem is.
